If you experience any issues with your sensor or app, please contact our Customer Assist team. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.

As the Syai Ultra is a sterile, single-use medical device, opened or used sensors cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty or defective. For patient safety and quality assurance, we are also unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in error or due to a change of mind. Once a medical device has left our controlled distribution chain, we can no longer verify its storage conditions, handling, or package integrity, so it cannot be returned to saleable stock. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you believe your sensor is faulty, please contact our Customer Assist team as soon as possible. We will assess your request in accordance with our warranty process and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, and where applicable, replace the product.
